Merry Xmas to all members & visitors
30th December 2009
2009 was a great year for the club, we have seen an increase in membership which has been a great step forward for the club. The new members have brought new skills & experience to the club, plus added competition for the club monthly judged competitions. The club evenings have been very busy & well atttended.
We look fondly back on a great summer outing & will certainly repeat the trip in 2010 to another location or maybe two.
This year saw the launch of our new website & we have had over 35,000 page views, a great achievment. Its been good to show our member's work & to share news as it arised.
I'd like to thank Photium for their support in 2009 & ongoing.
The speakers in 2009 were very interesting & we look forward to some excellent ones to come.
Well done to the members who put photographs into the SPA selection, we won our SPA friendly competition vs Capel, and look forward to the first round of the competition for real in January.
